On Tuesday night, Feb. 27th, the Crusader Lacrosse team suffered another tough defeat at the beginning of their season losing 15-2 to Klein’s DIII team. Shorthanded Concordia was outmanned for an uphill battle against the perennially strong LAX program in Klein, with 7 Crusader players missing the game due to illness or other school commitments. The Crusaders lost to the Bearkats 15-2 and CLHS goals were scored by J. Beamesderfer (Jr.) and E. Stuckey (Sr.).
The first three games of the season have been against talented, established programs, but the Crusaders look to capture their first win on the season next week with games on Monday, March 5th at Awty International School and Thursday, March 8th when they host Emery-Weiner.
