We are excited to announce Mr. Willie Amendola has been hired as our new Head Football Coach. Coach Amendola comes to Concordia after a very successful coaching career in Spring, Aldine, and Klein school districts. Coach Amendola most recently was the Head Football Coach at Dekaney High School in Spring, and the District AD for all of Spring ISD. Coach Amendola will begin leading the Crusaders in offseason Football after Christmas break in January 2022.
We asked Coach Amendola, what are you excited about Concordia and what drew you to want to coach here and he responded: “The support for the extra-curricular activities here is phenomenal for coaches. The systems are in place to be successful with the younger students and community. The support and encouragement from everyone here makes this a great opportunity and fit.”
