Cross Country - Girls
Led by alumni coaches Michelle Luevano and Jennifer Schranz for the past five years, the Crusader Girls Cross Country team is motivated and guided by its core values in the acronym P.A.C.E.
Prioritize your purpose / Run4theOne ALWAYS!!!
Abide by integrity
Connect and unite
Execute persistence and perseverance
Prioritize your purpose: Our athletes’ first goal is to run for Christ, running in His glory and not for their own.
Abide by integrity: The girls will work to portray Christian morals and values in and out of practice so that they can reflect Christ to those they come in contact with.
Connect and unite: A team that can build a strong and close relationship with one another and feel a sense of oneness and passion to strive for excellence together will have success. If they also focus on getting to know each other and enjoying each other’s company, great team memories will be made.
Execute persistence and perseverance: We strive for the girls to compete courageously and without fear, to be physically primed, steadfast, and determined to achieve their goals even if they run into difficulty or frustration along the way.
Our program competes in the fall season (August-October). The Concordia Girls Cross Country Program offers two teams, Varsity and Junior Varsity, that practice together. They compete in TAPPS 6A division in District 4.
