Agriculture Overview

A premier 4-H/FFA program in Harris County that serves the students of Concordia Lutheran High School and community of Tomball, TX, SaderNation 4-H/FFA strives to grow, teach, and transform their members into stewards of their community. Our mission is to promote leadership, personal growth, and successful career choices. 4-H/FFA is an intra-curricular school organization that has something for everyone. The Concordia program is a part of the largest national student-led organization in the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. 

 

SaderNation 4-H/FFA participates in various projects related to agriculture. These projects showcase the members talents through community service, stewardship, and competitions. Our chapter will do its absolute best to meet the needs of every member and make their time enjoyable, educational, and unforgettable.

 

The Agriculture program at Concordia began in 2015 and now boasts over 240 students participating each year.

Competitive Teams

Concordia’s Agriculture program offers three outdoor sporting clubs, Shotgun, Bass Fishing, and Archery, as well as four career events, Veterinary Medicine, Livestock, Food Science, and Leadership.

 

To be in a member of SaderNation 4-H/FFA, a student must be enrolled in an agriculture class at least one semester per school year.
