Welcome to the Concordia Crusaders Vet Med Homepage

Since its beginning in 2016, the Concordia vet med program has consistently been among the front runners at various CDE contest. The program focuses on working in teams to demonstrate their technical competency with small and large animals by completing a written exam, critical-thinking scenario questions, identifications, and hands-on practicums. The practicums simulate real-life vet hospital situations. 

Concordia’s program is a year-round program starting in September and ending in April or May depending on state qualification. 

The Crusaders compete in CDE and Major Livestock Show contest. Members also have the opportunity to attend contests around the United States. Any students interested in animal or human health benefit greatly from the knowledge gained from being on the team.
